Some people may not be aware, but the final results from cosmetic surgery do not come instantly post surgery.   Breast surgery especially takes several days, to weeks, (sometimes a couple of months) for the final contour to appear.   The skin needs to relax, and swelling needs to recede before the final result can be realized.  So, If you'd really like to have nice,  full, perky, shapely breasts again in time for the holidays, now is a good time to get things underway.  Surgery done now will give your body time to recover  for a beautiful holiday season.  Don't wait.   (Although, there's nothing funner than getting a breast augmentation from Santa for Christmas!)
